Keep Portland (ME) Beautiful | Travel Photographer

A group of us drove up to Portland, ME for a quick summer trip. The drive up wasn't too bad (5 hours) and we also really enjoyed the pace of the small city. In our few days there, we visited the Old Port, Downtown Portland and Cape Elizabeth to check out the Portland Head Light. To be honest, shooting was a secondary purpose for this trip. The primary reason was the lobsters and seafood, which we managed overload on. Lobster rolls after lobster rolls; raw oysters freshly shucked and deep-fried critters. I feel kind of sick now thinking about them after eating so much. 

Along the way, I was able to take a few shots. If you haven't been to Portland or Maine in general, I suggest you go. It's very New England-y in a good way.
